"Comfort by Design came out to handle some laundry room plumbing work in an investment property we own, as well as look into some HVAC (radiant heat) concerns. We ultimately decided to go with them for their professionalism and responsiveness. It is a sad world where many professional contractors struggle to show up on time, return emails or phone calls, and can't stay in the quoted estimate. Comfort by Design definitely checked all those boxes and more! "They lacked of bit of responsiveness in regard to contacting me about delays or times they would be there. I missed 2 days of work waiting for them, the first day they didn't call to tell me they weren't going to show up because the motor they ordered was not the correct one, and the second day they overbooked a job so they arrived late in the afternoon. The repair Tech however was very nice and professional. They just need to work on their customer service skills, like letting the customer know of any delays."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Called Bruce and he was able to come out and take a look at my existing setup. After a couple days, Bruce called and gave me a price over the phone for all of the work. Bruce was very knowledgeable and I believe he would have done a great job had I gone with his proposal. In the end, just decided to use a different provider for all of the work. I wouldn't have any issue using Bruce in the future should the need arise."
