When Jay arrived he was very personable and quite knowledgeable when it came to H/A Units. After looking at our old system he pointed out several more issues with the old system. It seems that the home owners before us just did what they had to do to sell the house. Jay explained the future problems in a way that an 81 year old man could understand. He left us with 3 options to consider. After he left we looked at Behold's reviews and nothing but 5 star ratings, we signed up. Oh yes Jay highly recommended the Heat Pump option. Two days later a team of 6 installers (Dylan, Chris, Hunter, Jon, Brandon and Jose) arrived with our unit and went right to work.
