Was told there would be a service charge if they couldn't install day they came, but what they charged was very unreasonable in my opinion. I paid it and emailed the owner. He said he was away and would contact me when he got back. His rep called me and offered a small reduction in price charged which was insulting. They even charged for a van rental fee. Hourly rate. Not happy."

The crew that came by to do the installation were friendly, professional and were respectful of my property. As part of the installation of the doors, they also had to do new jambs and the bottom (I previously had a half step). The end result is absolutely beautiful and I am so happy with my new doors. They are well sealed when closed and I no longer have a draft. I highly recommend Custom Windows & Doors!!"
