Also opted to get a tune up while they were out to prepare for the upcoming seasons. Zak was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and walked through everything with me and explained it so I could understand it. He took his time and did a great job. Not to mention it was Friday evening and could have easily rushed through to get home for the evening, but that was not the case. He clearly is passionate about what he does, and I am so appreciative! "

"The salesman from Extreme One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, Michael gave me the best price, and I felt he is sincere, so I chose to use this company to replace the Heating & A/C. At 2018-09-06, Michael, Shaun and another guy showed up for the installation. I paid for an XV series Furnace, but the furnace they brought to my home is XR 16. I was told the internal is indeed a XV furnace, but the door is XR 16 door. They already showed up at my door, so I decided to accept it whether it is the wrong furnace or not. Michael, the sales man said that he will replace the wrong furnace door with a right furnace door. But after the installation, he never contacted me again. Shaun and the other guy did the installation, and they had really good attitude, and I appreciate that. Overall, the experience is not too bad. But the wrong door they installed always makes me suspect if they installed the right furnace that I paid for or not."

Always on time and very professional. Did a great job on the install and I love the system Can't even hear it run. They worked and listened to me on ideas I had on what I wanted to have done, and we worked well together to come to a final solution that worked, as some of the ducts was hard to install. We had our 24 y/o system upgraded to a high efficiency, 2 stage, Trane system. Our old 2-ton system was too small to make our 2 story home comfortable. Logan installed a 3-ton A/C unit, & had to replace some old, smaller duct work, as ours was not equipped to handle the new system properly. The install took 2 days since the duct work was needed.
