"It went great. We allowed the professional (Moacir) to choose the best color stain and recommend a finish for the refinished floors. 
He did word in 2 segments - front of house then kitchen/back of house. 
The floors were stained a few weeks apart, but look like they were stained in one treatment. 
We are very pleased with the outcome. 
He also laid new floors alongside the 20 year floors and they look as if they have been there for over 20 years.

"I have a rental property that desperately needed a hardwood floor facelift. Sam sanded and refinished the second floor and buffed the first floor. I decided to have Sam do the job because he clearly communicated what needed to be done and the price was reasonable. Before starting each day Sam text me that he was on the way to the property. He let me know when he arrived, what he completed that day, when he left, and even provided pictures. This was greatly appreciated since I do not live local. He was very professional and did a fabulous job repairing the bathroom floor that had been damaged from moisture. He is very conscientious and will not leave until you're happy! I'm very happy with the outcome and quick turnaround."

"Overall I was pleased with the job done. The carpeting install I was very pleased with. The only concern I had is that there were a couple of molding pieces that were not nailed down when they installed the flooring. I didn't notice until a couple of days after so I just nailed the pieces down myself. Not that big of a deal but I was a little confused how they could have left them not nailed down."

"Allen was very responsive throughout. I consulted with him prior to custom ordering the flooring whick took 3 months to manufacture and ship. Allen and crew did a very craftsman-like job of prep and installation. All joints are very tight. He did a remarkable job of fitting around the new oak air registers and doorways. "Mike was a lifesaver. Previous contractor walked off the job after ripping up the tile floor in my bathroom, claiming I needed to get the whole subflooring redone.
