"This was a second opinion for the cost of installing a clean-out so we could get our clogged drain snaked. When they got there, they said we didn't need a clean-out because there was already a clean-out. They snaked the drain and all is well. From the time I looked for a quote on Angie's List to the time they finished the job was just about 2 hours. ZOOM is right! Great fast service, and they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need (which has been my experience lately with plumbers)."

"Our water supply in the house just suddenly stopped one Saturday morning. Now what to do? Not only we are new in the area, it’s also our first time having water well system and know nothing about it. Called several plumbing companies but they were either closed on weekends or no technicians on duty except the Blue Heron Water. I spoke with John, he was very professional and accommodating by the way. He sent Tommy, his technician to my address not long after we spoke. Tommy was efficient and helpful. He got our water running in no time and told us the root of the problem. He even briefed us about the system to get familiarize with and explain how the system/pumps works. Indoor Air followed through as promised with servicing for a year after installation. Our utility bills improved substantially after installation, even though we replaced a furnace and central AC unit (at a rental property) with their lowest-end Trane products and another central AC unit (at our primary residence) with a mid-range Trane. Indoor Air gave us their best price up front, which was significantly lower than all seven competitors from whom I also got quotes (including Princeton Air, which was outrageously more for the same models). The maintenance agreements they offered me a year later for two central AC units and two furnaces, combined, was less than half the price of our previous service contract provider before we replaced the units. I couldn't be happier!"

"The Folks at Horizon are nice folks. The heat pump they installed works excellent a few problems. The Water Heater they installed has a dent in the bottom does not seem to hurt performance. The installation was a different issue first the service person lost his markings on the lines he did not have a helper or his did not show up i had to assist in tracing the lines which took away from my home work. The second issue is which upset me the most. I was quoted a price thats fine. We live in a Mobile or Manufactured home. The Water heater is very close to our N . E. Wall within inches I had to remove one section of the skirting for him to soldier the joint this was no more than 6 inches he did not have to craw under which I myself would not like to do. The service man said I will have to charge you and additional $600.00 dolars What Could I Say at this point. So you get the picture no exaggerations here. He did his part and left on the inside was a plex tube with two large nails in it that I had to repair once he left. The next time I use these folks i will go over everything 100%. the bottom number covers both. I would love to use them for additional services but fear don't allow. Pictures are not required a service manager should have came out to review the work he did not."

"Green techs repaired my water damaged heater and, when the weather heated up a week later, got my aged A/C working (probably for its last season). Heater repairs required a new and costly part that had to be ordered, but the tech laid it out for me to choose repair or replacement. A/C required coolant. So far, repair was a good choice. A cautionary word--furnace damage was probably due to improper maintenance of the previously installed humidifier. (Some companies do not even work with installed humidifiers, which I need)."
