"Yelpers are finicky. Pacific Heating and Cooling did a great job for my wife and I. We had them do a duct cleaning several months ago and they were top shelf. Booties on while in the house and great care taken to take care of our stuff. As a result we decided to have a consult on adding AC. Greg Jackson came out and went over current system, crawled under the house to inspect ducting and somehow came back in the house clean and wearing booties to go over our options. After a thorough review of what we had, asking about our goals and what we were most concerned with he developed three proposals. No pressure, no "today only" pricing, just a conversation. We chose to replace our okay furnace with an upgraded 96% efficiency furnace and added AC to our 1500 sq foot home. The price was about what I was expecting and they were able to begin installation the following week. Josh, Zach, Chance and Sean were all friendly, efficient, caring and concerned about doing a great job. They cleaned up constantly, kept us informed when having to turn off power let us know. I would recommend this group to friends and family. Thanks for the professional install at a reasonable price."

"First started working with Joe getting a quote got 2 bids which the other was cheaper, but decided to get ranger since Mitsubishi is the “top line” he said which I googled and saw it too. We talked that he will put the drainage on the car port and the vent on the side of the house. So when the date of installment came Daniel was on time and he introduce himself. I let him do his job while I was doing my own with my 3yrs and 5 yrs kids. The job was quick so when I check outside I saw that the vent was mounted on my carport. So I called Joe and ask why it was mounted on my carport he said it was in the contract which I didn’t see on the instruction. And so I have to pay if we move it. I was so disappointed! Now I can’t close my carport if I want to get a garage since vent is there. So I have no choice if only Daniel check with me first right from the start what the plan is then there will be no problem! Well the job was done got no choice. Another thing Daniel have to come back two times to fix the drainage since it keeps on leaking my carport. It was finally fixed on the 3rd time when Jared was the tech that fix it. It was so disappointing and I regret that I chose ranger cooking and heating!"

"In the beginning the 4 nations of Electric, Plumbing, Heating, and Air lived in harmony. Because Seatown maintained the balance. We have used Seatown for 15 projects now for spanning all their services. When we bought our old home, we had Seatown and other competitors provide quotes on installing HVAC. Their planning, thoughtfulness to our needs, price is why we chose them. As the summer heat spikes, we don’t regret our choice and are glad that our home is an oasis. Every time they come out, we ask for more things to be done than what was agreed to and every time they work to extra hard to get it all done. They go the extra mile in doing some simple projects for free and giving advice on how to lower our costs as new homeowners. I have been able to call or text them about issues or ideas and get advice with out the pressure to buy services. That’s not something you find in just any company. Their staff has always been polite, clean, and diligent about getting the job right the first time. As we continue to fix up our old house, we will be using Seatown for projects large and small and we hope you will as well."

"I won't call any other heating or AC experts ever again. Twice now, I've had incomparable experiences. I had another highly reputed company come diagnose my failed furnace and provide an estimate, but AirPros' price for the same part and repair was much more reasonable and furnace repairs are not cheap, so the difference mattered significantly. AirPros also treated me like family. Go with this family business, you will be happy."

"The entire process went very smooth. From the initial call to final install, everyone was pleasant to work with. The Comfort Advisor, Scott, put my mind at ease with all my questions and concerns. I got the quote shortly after the assessment, accepted and was scheduled for install very quickly after. The install team was very communicative during the process. They all came in and worked together to get the job done in a short amount of time and left the area looking better than when they arrived. Everything has been working great and I couldn't be happier with my heat pump. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know."

"Perfectly! The installers, Dan and Tristan, were timely, professional and clearly experts in their field. Erik Hoover, our estimator, couldn't have been more timely and professional. I've worked with this company for 20 years and have never been disappointed."

"I hired a different HVAC company originally find the problem of my heat pump they tried a couple of things didn't work and then didn't come back are re contact me so I hired airpro through Home Advisor Everett was able to analyze situation run test and correct wiring issues which solve the problem. I would recommend and hire them again."

"My furnace broke down, got same day appointment to diagnose. Ended up replacing the 27yo furnace with energy efficiency with AC add-on 4 days later. The installation took the whole day but went well."

"I did not have any heat in my home. Went out of his way to get to my location during our first snow and ice. Lance was very polite and nice to deal with."
