"My experience with Waychoff's Air Condition has exceeded all expectations. The staff were all top notch professionals and did excellent work. Tracy Poor provided clear, relevant information so that I understood the options available and there was no pressure at any point in the process. The installers, Omar and Bubby, were competent, experienced and personable. To my surprise, there was even a post-installation inspection to ensure the work was done up to company standards, answer any questions and ensure the customer was satisfied. I was genuinely impressed with this experience and would definitely recommend Waychoff's."

"Excellent from start to finish. Went way above and beyond the call of duty. Started with Alex who gave us a estimate and did testing and measurements and explained all our options. Ed the company general manager corrected a previous problem created by another installer. Then 3 very knowledgeable installers spent 10 hours moving our air handler down to the garage from the attic. All 3 were very polite and we'll dressed and answered every question I had. Thanks so much to Henry, Ernie and Dalton for putting up with my constant questions. Best service ever and cleaned up everything before they left. This is a company that goes out of the way to please the customer."

"Getting estimates I called 3 sources including the company that now services our A/C Heating. Jack Strickland came in slightly above one and way below the other. The important thing was he reread the warranty held with our current company and found they had overcharged me $396. He also pointed out other aspects of the warranty.
When the warranty finally expired I called Jack Strickland and accepted his offer for the additional work I needed done.
Polite, Prompt, Professional-can't say enough good.
I'll be calling them soon to replace my current system.

"Great company for any AC need. Technician was very informative and efficient and received an unbeatable price. Will definitely recommend."

"I’ve known Jacob for a while. I hired him to diagnose a heat pump issue. He did find the problem, but parts were unavailable for my 20 year old system. I had him install a new system and he completed the work on the day he said he would. Jacob is professional and caring. The job was done on time and for the agreed to price. I would highly recommend him to anyone with heating or cooling issues."
