"Tim is the best service technician! He was out today today for a maintenance and service call. He is very experienced and clearly explained what was needed and to recap at the end of the visit! I first started working Sheer Comfort in 2023 when they installed a new AC & Gas furnace for my home. I obtained 5 quotes from highly rated companies before deciding which company to engage. I worked with Travis Shearer (owner) on deciding which options were best for my home and I was impressed with his knowledge, fair pricing and ease to work with. The project was well supervised by Carl and installed by David & Eli......they were all great to work with. Tonya in the office was excellent in keeping me posted on timelines and managing the coordination for permitting and coordinating with the 3 sub-contractors needed for running gas lines and electrical to connect my new furnace and for a plumber to make changes to my water heater from my old gas forced air system. "I highly recommend Comfort Central. Owner Kevin Schumann and his co-workers, Jay and Thomas, did an outstanding job installing the new HVAC system at our house. Over a four-day period, they set up in our crawl space a furnace/AC unit, a new plenum box, pipes for venting, and a dehumidifier with its own elaborate duct and water-removal system that will help keep our huge crawl space dry. They also put in a new heat pump in the backyard and a thermostat in the house. I was so impressed by the people and the work they did. Kevin and Jay are remarkably knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to HVAC issues. Thomas did a very good job with the aspects of the project that he handled. Every installation presents its own challenges, and one of the best things about Kevin and Jay is their ability to improvise as the project moves along. They considered different options when deciding on the size of the new system, where vents should go, how the duct system should be repaired and improved, the placement and venting of the dehumidifier, and many other things. They always kept the code requirements in mind. They were on time, friendly, communicative, and always considerate about how their work affected us while we were in the house. Kevin, Jay, and Thomas were also terrific when it came to answering my many questions. Kevin’s wife Laurie, who manages the office, responded quickly to my e-mails and helped with scheduling. HVAC projects can be expensive and complicated, and we wanted the right company to handle ours. We learned about Comfort Central from our home health specialist who had worked with Kevin in the past and had received very positive comments about his team from customers. I can recommend Kevin and the Comfort Central crew without reservation."

"Had new heat pump unit installed 1/21. Absolute best most professional heating/cooling people I've ever dealt with. Price included 1 year free tune up which I'd forgotten about, but they reminded me and Cameron did today. He fully inspected both inside and outside units which both were operating correctly but provides peace of mind. They also provide beyond the manufactures warranty 1 year free parts replacement, service free. If you are having heat/cool problems call Comfort Central. They are the best."

"After contacting 2 referrals, the 2nd one got back to me 1st. They offered to come out for free but it would be 2 days later. It was gonne be below freezing both nights. The 1st o e called me and could come out within 2 hours. They did. They assessed my problem, left me heaters for my home for as long as I needed and set me up with a new and much needed heat pump. The other one almost caught on fire and could have killed me and my 2 granddaughters. If I had waited for the other company for 2 days, it would have been too late. I thank Quality Air for being my heroes and actually caring enough to come look and helping. Helping beyond their required job. Thank you."

"One of my AC units was not working correctly so as always I went to Angi to find someone qualified to do the work. CALL DAD HVAC called me right away and said they could come out that afternoon but due to my schedule had to wait until the next morning. Daniel arrived here promptly and worked all day until all the work was completed to my satisfaction and approval. I was so pleased with the work I decided to sign up for a year's contract with them which was very reasonably priced. If someone needs any HVAC services/repairs I highly recommend CALL DAD!"
