"If you?re considering having keys programmed here, read this first. We brought in a fully functional vehicle to program new keys. The technician failed to complete the programming but still charged us $80. When we tried to leave, the ignition would no longer turn. There were zero ignition issues before this visit. The key would not rotate and the steering wheel was locked. The car arrived drivable and left on a tow truck. The technician could not explain what happened and offered no solution. We arranged and paid for the tow, lost two full days, and spent several hundred dollars dealing with the aftermath. The owner, Jeremiah, ultimately provided no assistance or resolution. Very disappointing experience."
