"We had a fence installed around the total perimeter of our backyard. It included two double swing gates on each side of our house. One was an extra wide opening to allow for a boat or camper. The fence is not prebuilt 6'X8' sections attached to 4'X4' posts. Each picket is installed separately on 3 cross mounted 2'X4' and evenly spaced between the 4'X4' posts. Peter told me it is done that way down here in NC due to the possibilities of hurricanes and heavy winds. Therefore, it is a lot more work and more time consuming. Peter and his crew did an excellent job. D and Emil were courteous, polite and professional. It was a pleasure to have them here. They did an exceptional cleanup job also. The job was finished ahead of schedule and was quite reasonable in today's dollars. I would most definitely recommend KPS Contracting to anyone who wants to add value to their home. Great Job Peter, D and Emil!"

"I had never even heard of the EZE-Breeze patio until I was once again the victim of a botched handyman repair. I am the queen of botched projects. It’s like something always goes wrong no matter what I’m having fixed in my house. I found Porch Conversion of Charlotte only by accident when a colleague, knowing how upset I was with my botched porch dilemma, mentioned her neighbor had just installed the EZE-Breeze Patio. Her neighbor was kind enough to let me come take a look. It was impressive and I called Porch Conversion of Charlotte the very next day! I have waited 25 years for a patio I can be proud of and Porch Conversion of Charlotte did not disappoint. The installers were punctual, skilled, and friendly. They gave every attention to detail. I couldn’t be happier! The entire process – from start to finish – went great! I couldn’t be happier!"

"Although there were a few reschedules required (in part due to the effects of Hurricane Irma and other rain delays), they always contacted me to reschedule a new time. When they arrived, they were completely professional and thoroughly cleaned the gutters, blew off the roof after (as well as the ground) and left without any further payment required and with no evidence of them performing any work (no loose screws or junk/debris in the yard). Definitely very pleased."

"Everything went great. Alex got us on the schedule and was out quickly to take a look. he figured out the issue, ordered the part and had it installed within a few days. They communicated well, showed up when the said and got things working. I had called multiple other companies before reaching out to Queen City Fireplace and didn't even get a call back from the other companies. They will be my first and only call next time around. Couldn't ask for a better experience."

"Mickey and Stephen are great to work with. They are very professional and respectful, and they take a great amount of pride in their work. They want to ensure the customer is happy every step of the way and will talk you through all stages of the project. My porch is wonderful, they made my vision into a reality. We will be enjoying it for many years to come!"

"Julian decorated my home for the holidays, including two large trees, a beautiful lighting feature and much more.  She was extremely enthusiastic and professional, and a real pleasure to work with.  She did a fantastic job and I was very pleased with the enitre process.  I would highly recommend J. Mozeley for holiday or any decorating services!

"Outdoor Artisan did a fantastic job of producing exactly what we were looking for in an outdoor living area. Great communication and great ideas. Could not recommend them enough!"

"I needed help with a new roof and I heard about this one business. They are very professional and good at what they do. Thank you so much for the wonderful job you all did."

"Deckscapes showed up on time to do the job. The work was was performed in a very professional manner at all times. They got there when they said they were coming, they were never late and never had any excuses. The quality of the work was above and beyond what we expected. Their prices were competitive. We feel that the quality of the product was above and beyond what we paid for. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting to build decks or other hardscapes  .

"Albert came out and gave me quote, and seemed very courteous, but said I was outside his normal service area of the city of Charlotte. He agreed to do the work in two weeks, and said he would call to confirm. he never called or showed. I called back the following week, and again he scheduled a day to come out. He never called or showed. I had to request refund today because it has been 30 days since I purchased it."
