"Computer had been acting up for a while but I kept putting off getting it fixed.  After reading all the great reviews, I decided to give N.A.T.S. a call.  So glad I did.   Jim was able to resolve all my problems remotely - no drop off or pick up necessary - so convenient!  I feel like I have a brand new computer, it runs so well and FAST too.  I couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.  My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner.

"I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."

"It went very smoothly. Mr. Mullholland was very helpful and the serviceman was capable and tidy. We weren't asked about what kind of replacement faucet we wanted and the one they installed is kind of odd in the way it works. Whenever we have guests they usually don't know how to operate the shower. So that was a disappointment, but not huge. We also felt the hourly rate was pretty high, but didn't have time to shop around to compare the going rates. All in all, quality service, happy to support a good, solid, local business.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

We also like to get things done in a timely manner. As far as billing, we provide an estimate for the job needed and typically ask for payment upon completion of work. At times, if need be, half down and half upon completion may be required. "Very well. Good suggestions, hints on daily care, time spent checking repairing. Communicated very well. Polite. I did not want to answer question regarding money paid or were services performed. This question is not clear. Of course, service was preformed. Money paid was relative to parts and/or labor. So this items needs to be divided out."

"The climate chief was very prompt to respond to our inquiry. Gary came out the next day, and took a look at our house and explained things throughly. We told him our budget, and that while we understood there were more areas for improvement than our budget allowed, he worked with us to assess and confirm what the most pressing issue was, the attic insulation. He also looked at other points in the house by my request in order to plan for potential future jobs. His crew came shortly after, and were very respectful to adhere to COVID protocols. Our upstairs is now much warmer! We are happy with the services rendered."
