They are personable, collaborative and reachable. Brent, Garrett, and Eric performed our install. They worked with us knowing we had pets to shuffle and secure as they moved from room to room. So thankful for that! They also cleaned up as they went and communicated expectations for the next day before they left. "Koality was great. Original cedar siding gave out after 35 years. No amount of repair and repainting was going to work. Replaced with James Hardie cement board lap siding, rustic series by Woodtone. Very difficult product to install properly without scratching the factory two-tone paint job. As well replaced 15 of the legacy windows with Pella's. Lots of cuts and detail work in the install. Koality did a really nice job, and their attention to detail and craftsmanship was evident throughout. For reference, recently visited an "open-house" of semi-custom homes near me; the quality of materials and the install that Koality performed on my home was in my opinion far superior to that of these new semi-custom homes that are selling in the $750,000 - $1,000,000 range."

I went over some of the products that they use, and I had talked to other people as well, but he had the product that I wanted to match the other siding that I had. So, I went with them, plus on Angie’s list, he had several good reviews. They were very thorough. They found some other things once the old siding was removed and contacted my insurance company to see if they would pay for the repairs of that as well. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about what they were doing as well as the workers that came out and did it."
