That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. "Was referred to this company by my friend Glen when we were remodeling our house, so I decided to get windows and shutters from WDG- Everything's been great! They did a great job with designing and installing as I needed everything to be custom.
Step 1- they sent a designer for the consultation who made recommendations and took measurements. It's good that they send a designer and not just any joe shmoe because he was actually very helpful in giving us suggestions and we ended up changing some things around because of his recommendations. 
Step 2- bid was sent to us, we signed the contract and sent out deposit. 
Step 3- our windows were made, they called us and set up installation and everything turned out great. 
After we were satisfied with our windows, we decided to get shutters from them as  well, and I am very satisfied. Since we were returning customers they even gave us a better price. 
Everything turned out perfect, the way I expected.

"I couldn't have asked for a better experience.  John was incredibly responsive from the very beginning.  He is a great communicator and very easy to work with.  I had a laundry list of what I was looking for (and what I wasn't) and pointed out several challenges with the task at hand that needed to be addressed.  He was very receptive to the information I provided and in return, asked a number of questions that gave me confidence he understood what I had in mind.  He sent someone to measure the closet (Rick - also a great guy) and from there, he sent a sketch of what he had in mind, which was perfect.
When it came time to install the doors, they were meticulous and spend extra time making sure everything was perfect.  (We live in San Francisco so everything in our house is a little crooked which required some extra effort to address.)  The closet doors are perfect!  My husband and I couldn't be happier with the final product.  The process from start to finish was easy and seamless.  I am already planning on working with John again on another project - a custom kitchen table!

"Contacted the Two Brothers (Ross) to repair a doorbell as well as a sticky screen door.  Ross was very professional during the first contact, and remained so throughout our business.An appointment was set and he showed up at the appointed time, got down to business and did the repair work as he had promised -The work was done efficiently and he explained everything he did to my satisfaction.  (I was not at the premises, but according to the tenant he was very professional and did the work with a minimum of time lost and a minimum of bother to him (the tenant).The work done is on an old building - the doorbell is very old, but he found a way to make it work.  The screen door needed to be adjusted and planed down in order to close properly - and also replace the screen.  All work done was more than satisfactory."

"Installing the door necessitated removing the existing trim and reinstalling it. Most of the trim was reusable, but one narrow side piece had to be replaced. It rained hard immediately after the installation and the exterior caulking washed out. Manuel made two separate trips to the house to look at the problem and then, after some dry weather, to re-caulk. The stairs are sturdy, and fit into the footprint of the original stairs. Overall the work took longer than originally discussed, but weather was a factor."
