"It was late afternoon on Friday, and a holiday weekend, when I noticed that my house was getting warmer. Two AC companies came up on Home Advisor. The first company sent an email with a calendar for a Monday appt. Right after I pushed the send button my phone was ringing. The second company, One Hour Heating and AC , was calling to setup an appointment for that day. Hunter showed up at 9pm(drove about an hour from York). He didn't have good news for us but he was very nice and explained the problem and our options thoroughly. Today, Saturday, Jerry came to explain our options for a new A/C. Hopefully we are getting a reasonable price and a good product. I guess time will tell but the people that I have talked to on the phone and the men who have come to my house have been very nice and professional to deal with. Our new A/C will be installed on Tuesday. Because we have to provide a star rating I'm only putting 3 out of 5 stars for value for money. I do not know how to rate this because the A/C hasn't even been installed yet. If we are happy with everything I will edit or update this rating at a later time."

"Very professional and prompt service. They had been "nursing" my system for the last few years until it finally gave out. On thing to note ..... as time goes on, the cost of a new system gets more expensive. When they 1st work on my system, a new one was approximately 5K, then 4 years later, a comparable one was just over 7K. However, the system I had installed was eligible for a $400 rebate from PECO, so at least I recouped a little bit along with MUCH less expensive bills afterward. All in all, I would use them again for sure. <br>"

"My blower on my heater was not working properly. I had changed the filter this morning and it was filthy. After I installed it the blower did not kick into the higher setting. I called Tru North at 7:00 AM ET and they were at my house by 8:30 AM ET- talk about customer service- WOW! Just before Tru North arrived the blower started working. JP and Brian looked at my unit and could not find anything wrong except a big hair ball near the blower. They cleaned it up and were totally awesome. They recommended I have the unit serviced and air ducts cleaned out. Both were professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend TRU NORTH. Way to go guys :)"
