"Jemell came out to the house over the Easter Weekend to look at our water heater (gas) that had ceased to work. After a thorough inspection, he advised against replacing the broken valve as it would only be a temporary fix to the bigger problems we had. So, after an informative and instructional overview provided, I decided to go ahead and have the entire unit replaced. Jamell, promised that he would be back to install the new unit on Monday morning. He turned up on time and installed the new heating unit. I was very impressed with both the quality of work and the follow through at the end of the install as Jamell walked me through the function of the new boiler and what work had been carried out. Jamell and his fellow technician were polite, informative, professional and extremely customer focused. 5 stars all the way!"

"Fantastic group of guys to work with. I knew my system needed to be replaced and they gave me several options to choose from, explaining the features and benefits of each. Will, the manager, was very helpful, answered all my questions, and once I made my decision, they scheduled the change for a couple days later. The crew arrived on time, removed the old system and installed the new in less than one day. Will even came by to make sure that all was going well. They were very respectful and careful to leave no mess behind, covering their feet and putting plastic down between the door and attic access. My husband was hospitalized during these renovations and Jeff's control over these projects allowed me to focus completely on that, knowing my home was in trustworthy, competent hands. Jeff is an honest, reasonably priced, skilled and experienced contractor who has a great crew working for him who stands behind his work.
