"Finn-tastic did an excellent job fixing my clogged pipes and water lines. I’m in well water and had sediment blockage in my water lines. The plumbers took the time to clear out all of my faucets, pipes, and water lines and fixed my issues. I am truly thankful for the service they provided and will hire them again!"

"<p>Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly </p> <p>We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..</p> <p>   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.</p> <br />"

"Bryan, our Technician, arrived early for 8am appointment and diagnosed the problem quickly. He also noted that leaky water heater was under warranty - which I thought meant delays and work on my part to get credit - boy was I wrong - the Watermark team took care of ALL OF THAT! I paid for Watermark to pick up the new water heater - much cheaper than buying whole new one. Bryan also installed two pans plus drain pipe, since none existed. This was a big job - he did have someone come help him - he finished up after lunch - GREAT JOB by entire team - such a relief!"

"They were very responsive and turned up at the last minute of the allotted 2 hour time frame.  We had a leak at the water meter and having 2 meters we showed them which one and went back 20 minutes later to find that they had dug up the wrong one.  After clearing around the correct one the plumber said it was a town problem.  When the town arrived and clarified (for the 3rd time which we had already informed the plumber) that the real problem was not theirs but their was a small leak on the town side which took about 10 mins to repair.  Work finally began on the repair on our side which was replacing a 2 inch pipe and it was pretty obvious where the problem was because water was leaking  heavily from there.  The workmen pushed the time out to the max (2 hours).  We got charged for all the time they were there including digging up around the wrong meter, waiting for the town (even though we told them it wasn't a town problem) and the 15  minutes the workmen spent talking to other contractors working at our house.  We are unsure if the leak is fixed and are waiting for the irrigation people to recheck for us.  At the time of making the appointment United wouldn't commit to a cost but just gave an hourly rate so we pretty much got what was expected when on an hourly rate.  I would try somehow to get some commitment next time I get a plumber to come out."

"had to reconnect from line from bathroom, going under the shower, to closet in bedroom. replaced pipes and relocated the line.  house was built in the 70's and the plumbing is very much out dated.  The plumber completed the job in a timely matter so the rest of the repairs to the walls and floor could be done.  Chris was very professional and took time to explain all that he was doing and why.  He even followed up with us after all repairs were done to the rooms to make sure all was running okay. <br />"

FAQs for gas piping projects in Granbury, TX

Plumbers with proper licensing and credentials install and relocate gas lines. When hiring a professional, verify they have experience with gas systems and all required certifications. Some homeowners choose to work with plumbers specializing in natural gas installations, as they have extensive experience with similar projects and understand the safety requirements.

The timeline for gas line relocation varies based on project complexity, permit processing, and inspection scheduling. The physical labor takes a few hours to one day, depending on the line length. However, the actual installation work represents only part of the overall project timeline. Your contractor should provide a specific timeframe based on your circumstances and local permitting requirements.

Your gas supply must be shut off during the relocation process. This safety measure prevents gas leaks while connections are being modified. Plan for this temporary service interruption by making alternative arrangements for cooking, heating, or other gas-dependent systems in your home. The shut-off generally only lasts for a portion of the work, often a few hours.

Relocating gas lines to connect new appliances is a common reason for this type of project. Whether you're installing a gas stove, fireplace, dryer, or outdoor grill, a professional can determine the best route for extending your existing gas system. The cost will depend on the distance between your current gas line and the new appliance location.

Gas line work is not suitable for DIY projects. Natural gas is highly flammable and potentially lethal if not handled correctly. Gas leaks can be difficult to detect without specialized equipment. Professional plumbers have the proper training, tools, and experience to safely relocate gas lines while ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
