"Mr. Sheppard helped inspect a home for us. We were first time home buyers and therefore did not know what to look for. Mr. Sheppard was outstanding and thorough. He spent several hours combing over the house and then gave us a summary as well as an opportunity to answer questions. He walked through the house to show us some of the problem areas which had not been apparent to us. He was extremely knowledgeable and affordable. He produced an extensive report same day that included photos, and commentary.
