"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I called early am and owner called me back within 30 minutes. Within one hour I had one of his employees Daryell showed up very professional and began to assess what caused the humming. During the process he was able to find a safety wiring issue that he and owner recommended I take care off . They were very thorough and were able to repair my problem s. "Everything was wonderful from start to finish. Norman and his staff were attentive and friendly throughout the whole process. We were given a quote and then took some time to get other quotes and secure financing. When we were finally ready to commit we let WTPI know and they had our furnace installed within a week! A few days later when the system needed to be balanced Norman was out that afternoon to get everything set up. He is very knowledgeable and made the whole process very comfortable and enjoyable. "Rd.I had to pay an extra $15.00 because I had an extra air duct or intake vent. He discussed how often the ducts should be cleaned and offered another service that would help disinfect and keep dust mights down. The extra service also extended the length of time before I would need to have the vents cleaned again. I chose the extra service and will not have to have it done again until 8-10 years from now. My nephew who is 45 was not happy I was having the ducts cleaned but he was pleased with their work in the end. I had this done in my last house twice so I am not new to this. I was pleased with their work. They started immediately and finished about an hour and fifteen minutes later. I have house that is almost 2,000 sq. feet. The $230.00 includes the $89.00 I paid when I ordered it through Angie's List.

"On the day of service, I received a call at 0803 and the plumber said he would be right over.  He arrived about 0825 and was done changing out the faucet which I provided within .5 hours.  The plumber did a good job, was very professional and friendly.  As he was leaving, I asked for the bill and he said it would be sent to me.  My house is 15 minutes from Mulholland's On Call Plumbing & Heating's office.  When I received the bill, it was for 1.5 hours of work and the total cost was $141.24.  When I called about this it was explained that their records showed it took the plumber .5 hour to get to my house and then .5 hours to get back.  After discussion, it was agreed to lower the price to $120.  I have no problem paying for mileage to and from my house but time is another matter.  It certainly doesn't take an hour to drive from downtown Saratoga Springs to my house and back.  No other service provider has charged me in this manner.
