The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. "Victor Jimenez and his company Dynamic Hardwood Flooring are first-rate! I called them to install sheet linoleum in a bathroom, and he showed me that wood-patterned vinyl boards are a much better product at no extra cost. The installation was done on schedule, in 4~5 hours, and it looks beautiful! They did all the cutting outdoors to keep our house free of dust, and cleaned up everything afterward. Finally, I was very happy with their modest bid, and there were never any suggestions that it should change. "They did a good job. They were here for 5 days. There was a lot of glue residue which took some time  to remove (more than a day) before they could proceed with the refinishing. They seemed very knowledgeable and knew exactly what they were doing. They sanded and also put down two coats of sealer. They also did a wood transition strip treatment between the living room and hall way. I let them come up with  suggestions or recommendations to how it should look. They really did a good job; the floor looks great. These guys seem to be real top of the line, providing good quality."

"After wour father passed away in January, we decided to keep his home and prepare it for a rental.  As we needed new carpeting and window coverings throughout, we contacted several companies for bids one carpeting and for mini-blinds.
After reviewing Angie's List, we walked into Felikian's on a Saturday morning.  We were immediately greeted by Andre, the manager.  He listened as we explained our situation and then offered to show us samples.  He did not try to up-sell us but rather explained what he thought best for a quality rental property.
We made arrangements for Andre to visit the property to measure the floor and windows.  He called a couple days later and gave us the estimate for carpeting and then mini-blinds.  We returned to see him the following Saturday and paid for the work.  Although I had my Angie's List ad for Felikians, offering no sales tax, in my briefcase, Andre presented us with his written estimate and it already included the no tax offer.  We were pleased.
Andre called a few days later and said that they would be ready to install the carpeting and mini-blinds.  We delivered the keys to him and explained how to turn off the home's alarm.  On the day they arrived to install, our handyman, a trusted friend, was there to do other work.  He called me later to tell me how professional, efficient and friendly the installers were.
When we visited the property a few days later, we inspected everything and were amazed at the qu ality of the products and the work as performed.  Andre and Felikian's Carpeting are outstanding!
