He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"The service man spent about 1 hour and 25 minutes repairing a pipe. When finished he sat in my drive way for about 30 minutes. I assumed he was eating lunch as it was around 12:30. When I got my bill, they billed for 2 hours of labor. I guess I paid for his lunch hour too. Over charging on labor time in not cool. I will look elsewhere next time."
