They completed the ductwork cleaning on a different date, and this service was also done very well. My only concerns or "complaints" would be that they used clean rounded stone beneath the air conditioning unit and I'm not convinced that it won't shift or settle over time; and they removed a vent that supplied heat to the basement so now the basement is very cold."
