"I hired GSM Services to replace my A/C unit and furnace with a newer, upgraded system. A few weeks ago Kelly came to my house to give me an estimate for a new heating and air system. He was on time and very professional. He surveyed my existing system, took measurements of my house, and did some calculations to determine exactly what type and capacity system that I would need. He showed and explained to me several options as well as their prices. He wasn’t pushy as he left in order to give me time to review the different options before making my decision. I called the office the next day with my decision and to set up a date and time for installation. Today (May 22) Kyle and Craig showed up on time and were extremely professional as well. They worked from 8:30 to 5:30 completing the replacement of my entire heating/air system. The field team leader also showed up just to ensure that everything was going smoothly. They were very helpful in answering any questions that I had throughput the day and they took the time to explain to me about the new system after installation was complete (I.e. how to operate the new programmable thermostat). Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely use them again."

She was really helpful and explained the differences in the systems, cost and answered other questions I had. She took her time with me and didn't 'talk down' to me but made me feel at ease and knowledgeable of the products. She said she'd have Mike, owner, come out to check the unit I was telling her about and answer any questions I had. He was right on time and was great to explain everything in terms I could understand. He checked the unit and told me what was wrong and my options. I never at any time feel pressured to have it repaired or buy a new unit. I had all the information I needed to decide, and I took overnight to decide. He put a new part in my old unit, to get it up and running. He said he'd leave it in place while I was deciding what I wanted to do - repair or replace. My unit was about 20 years old, and was at the time not working. He was very nice and thoughtful and never pushy or intimidating. When the unit was installed several days later, a new thermostat was also installed. I was given instructions on it and how to set it up with my computer and cell phone. The old unit, and all the mess involved in the installation, was cleaned up and hauled away. I'd recommend this company to anyone. Great job and the nicest people."

"We found them through some friends about 20 years ago. It’s a very good company. Their services are the best. The price as far as I know it’s not outrageous, I think it’s in line with everything else, but I just don’t recall off hand, I haven’t compared them or anything. I just know that when you call them, they come. Quality is very good. The guy, the service man has been here before and it took him about 30 minutes to fix it; and it’s been working fine ever since. Punctuality is top notch. They’re very professional, very friendly. They're coming next Wednesday to do their annual service on the air conditioning to be sure it's alright for the summer. We use them all the time. One person came out to do the service. He left the area extremely clean, there is nothing left behind. We’ve been using them for 20 years. They fixed our heat upstairs a couple of years ago and they come out and service twice a year. We’ve been real pleased with them."
