The very pleasant salesperson came over in short order, looked over the situation and provided a quote at the end of our meeting.  I called a couple of other well-known companies and they were not nearly as responsive and had significantly higher prices.
As it happened, the scheduling of the job was perfect for me.  The weather cooperated.  I interacted with Phil, the company owner, to set up the time, etc.
