"The dryer went out on Sunday, and after researching it myself, I suspected it to be the thermal fuse.  The disassebly of the dryer just to get to the part was more than I wanted to tackle myself, so we relented and found the rebate offer for Next Service online. We were given recommendations from two others who had used them for repairs, and were given great feedback.  The service was requested later Sunday afternoon.
Monday morning I recieved notification from Next Service that their first availability was Tuesday afternoon, which worked for our schedule.  After numerous emails back and forth, the appointment was confirmed.  I had requested a call before the technician arrived to ensure someone would be home, and recieved that Tuesday afternoon, 20 minutes before Azael arrived.
Azael arrived to our home, was very receptive and informative after researching the issue.  He explained his findings in detail, even helped in confirming parts online and comparing pricing between what it would cost to order the part myself, or to have him do the installation for us.  Unfortunately, the control board is the most expensive component to replace on a dryer, but the price quote we were given to have it repaired that same afternoon was only $75.00 more than me ordering it, then doing it myself after the part arrived. We decided to go on the side of convenience, and requested he proceed with the repair.  Azael went to their warehouse, retrieved the parts needed, returned approximately 30 minutes later, and performed the repair shortly after.  He showed us the old control board he replaced, pointing out the burn marks made when it sparked, and went over the warranty for the service and part.
Since, we've used the dryer many times, and it works as expected.  Though it was much more expensive than I originally hoped, if I'm needing to pay someone to do the repairs I cannot do myself, then I would hope for the experience we received by Next Service.  It is definitely a company I would use again, if needed, and highly recommend it to others.

"The plumber arrived within the time frame, identified what had to be done and offered different models and price options regarding the replacement heater. Mario the plumber, was very knowledgeable in regards to what the new water heater standards are and what would best work in the space available. After agreeing on the replacement model and price, he picked up the unit from storage and within 2 hours had replaced the unit. During the install he explained in detail the features of the new unit and why new connections (replaced copper with flex piping) would prevent electrolysis due to steel pipes coming out of the heater and copper pipes installed in the home. All in all a very professional job. I would definitely recommend Legend Plumbing to friends and neighbors."

"The technician arrived on time and very professional. We had an issue with a leak on one of our units. Instead of pressuring us to go through his company, he explained what was going on and provided a quote. He was supportive when we wanted to wait on scheduling anything so that we could contact the original installing AC company to find out about the warranty."

"I scheduled a visit btw  8am-9am and technician got there at 9:08.
 I called the office at 8:30 am  to verified the appointment  since I hadn't got a phone call that the technician had been dispatched.  Operator said that the Technician was still at Camp Bullis road office and asked me  if I wanted to talk to the technician on the phone.
I had sent a message before I scheduled the appointment  and I got a reply  back that said that a technician had to go and evaluate the problem why should I talk to the technician on the phone if they are going to the house to evaluate the cost?
Technician got to the house at 9:08 and was very professional.
The estimate was $275 to remove a garbage disposal and unclog the 16 inch pipe. More like taking the pipe and replacing it with a new one to make a connection to the pipes from the other sink. (double sink).
$85 dls to go and work on the shower faucets and see why there was no pressure. Total price to repair the shower was not included. $85 was just to check the work needed. $85 was going to be discounted towards the final bill of the shower.
$275 for the garbage disposal removal and unclog or change the 16inch  pipe was the price that got my attention in comparison with other estimates. 
I don't like when there is not an up front quote of the final price. This was the highest estimate that I got .
Called another company from the list and ended up paying $55 for the shower  repair bc the problem with the no pressure was an easy fix that took 15 minutes to repair and $75 for the garbage disposal removal and new pipes.
Advice: To make a good impression always give the total estimate of the work to be performed and have competitive prices. Be between the time frame of the scheduled appt and call the costumer to confirm the appointment.

Upon returning to my house I discovered the air conditioner was not working. On the recommendation of my son and daughter I called Hometown AC and Clint and Jesse come out within two hour to evaluate the problem. They determined my old air conditioner was toast and arranged for a new system to be installed Monday morning. Since it was Father's day weekend they provided me with a portable air conditioner for the weekend. Their crew showed up on Monday morning and had the system installed within 3-4 hours. They seem to go out of their way to accommodate the client. The crew was friendly and conscientious.

"Our A/C system went out, we called a company that we had used before. The guy came out the next day to look at it, he told me the fan motor was out and that he could replace it for $355, or I could replace the whole Lennox system for $6,100. Regardless they were too booked up to do it for at least two days.. So I called a few family members and I was referred to Green Leaf Air. "It was superb. Super Air Duct Cleaning showed up exactly at the appointment time, quickly set up, did a thorough cleaning, of the entire dryer vent system. They installed a new basket over the vent to prevent birds from building nests & were complete within 30 minutes. I will use them again."
