"Loved working with Window King and highly recommend them! I was nervous about replacing my three really old windows in my old Hoboken condo. Nick walked me through the entire process so that I felt comfortable with the windows I was choosing as well as colors, and so that I was in line with what the HOA would/ wouldn't allow. Cesar and his crew were present on install day - they were on time, courteous, fast, professional, and did an incredible job. I don't think it even took them four hours. And big thanks to Lisa who was extremely communicative regarding the timeline. My condo is now far less noisy in terms of the noise coming from the street- and MUCH warmer which is exactly what I needed. "AJ Peri was called because my central air quit on me a repair man came to my home in July on a very hot day, he checked the unit and i was told I needed a total replacement a sales person came a day latter and gave me a estimate of 14,000 dollars and said they could schedule it in a few days I did not sigh and told him I would call. I then called a local HVAC contractor for a second opinion he came checked the system and told me it was just a clogged water line we cleaned it out and the unit is working fine. I called AJ PERI to complain several times each time I was told a manger would get back to me never herd from anyone. do not trust these people for a honest report there just looking to rip you off I am a senior citizen call a local contractor that has a reputation to uphold I hope this review saves some one maybe getting taken for big money"

This is our first remodel project and prior to working with a contractor, we've heard pretty negative stories about GCs in general. And to our surprise, Sean was the exact opposite of what we've heard. Communication - I would rate myself as a very responsive person and because the remodel happened after a flood damage, I was quite in an urgent situation and was eager to get the project finished. Sean communicated with us in a very timely manner and on many occasions, live - as they perform a specific task within the unit. He responds to my texts throughout the night on matters and feedbacks I provided (re: inspection at end of day on a daily basis). Project timeline - we finished the entire project (lighting, kitchen, drywall repair, painting, floor installation, room re-arrangement, door/trim, baseboards, everything but tiles in the bathroom) within 5 weeks (which was my target). While there are glitches during the project, Sean was very honest and frank about the project and always communicated about the progress and delays if any. He arranged the day-to-day work appropriately so it uses the best of his crews' time and meet our deadline at the same time. Quality of Work - i can't complain about the integrity that goes to the work. Sean will be sure to modify and change anything that I expect, and if he doesn't, he would make sure he explains it so I can accept the reasons behind them. That's very important to me as a client. Pricing - Sean's quote was very reasonable and he provided an extremely detailed breakdown of the costs (materials and labor). During the project, he provided receipts and if there are any incremental costs not foreseen before, he'd communicate that prior to purchasing. In the end, we spent maybe just a little over $1k more than the quote (which is VERY GOOD) compared to many stories I've heard.
