He was the one who figured out if we ran a return duct up to the second floor, we could have A/C up to the second floor. - we had oil and converted to gas, purchased a new gas-fired unit and new central A/C using the existing ducts - the installers were top notch, worked non stop and were clean. It was so refreshing dealing with Bourque after dealing with six different HVAC contractors which I received several bids ranging from $3,800 to $14,000. I did hire Bourque to install our new gas furnace and a humidifier, their price was fair and after doing my homework Bourque had good references and are very reputable in our town. I was very impressed with all the staff that was very professional and courtesy.
