They said they would be back to pick up debris and drop off a user manual but did nit come back. I finally cleaned up the mess but still do not have a manual. System seems to be working well."

"When my desk top computer failed I called Mr Ferrell. His response time was excellent; arriving at my home the same day I called.
He called me back that evening to update me on what he found. He replaced the power supply and did a virus scan and returned the computer to my home within 48 hours. I found him to be computer savy and very friendly. If we have computer issues in the future I will contact Mr Ferrell.

"It went fine.  I had one situation where they put vent on the top of the roof but on backwards and they replaced it. Overall, they did a good job cleaning it but that was a little reckless, I thought, a little careless. They did a good job cleaning the lint out but the only problem I had was the way they put the vent back on. "
