She had two stubborn spots that remained after having another company clean her carpet. Today when her 16 y/o daughter came home, she stood in the doorway admiring the clean "sparkling" carpet. "Jeff was on time and he was very professional and courteous. He got to the job right away and worked for almost two hours. I had him steam clean my carpet. He has a truck mounted cleaning system and cleaned my carpet decently. There was some soap residue on my hardwood floor where he moved his cleaning equipment.
