He took the time to ask many critical questions to help with a preliminary diagnosis right away that indicated a possible issue with our original installation. Then even at a very busy time if the year when he could have just deferred, he offered to come out and verify what I had described and upon arrival he was exceptionally professional and thorough. We went through the history and situation surrounding our issue and instead of suggesting a complete replacement of our unit or even a partial but costly and inadequate repair, he shared a ton of knowledge and gave us advice on how best to proceed putting our needs first. While we did not ultimately need his service on this call, he has certainly earned my respect and will be our go to for future needs."
