"$170 fee to look at the issue that I was not made aware when I scheduled the appointment. I paid the fee. While they should?ve told me in advance about the fee I?ll take the blame since I didn?t ask. Two men came out to look at the drip on my backflow that was installed last year. Quoted 465, but said they needed to order the part. I had to follow up w the office a week later. They sent someone different to fix it and he told me a different price that was lower. He said he?d redo the invoice. He never redid the invoice. I followed up w a call to the office. Again he told me he?d redo it. Long story short I was tired of arguing with the office over the price and paid the 465 (170 org fee was credited to the price). Due to the poor communication I?ll never use them again nor would I recommend them. "

"I was looking for a local, highly rated bathroom remodeler, who would do a quality job at a fair price. I researched various businesses online, and got quotes from a few. I looked at lots of online pics and Pinterest, looking for ideas, as well. I chose EZBath because I liked Mitchell's professionalism, his detailed quote, and his assistance in realizing my vision. Also very important to my decision were their excellent reviews. There's a big difference between a 4.1 and a 4.9, IMO. My design was very different, and I became very particular when I realized I didn't want the tile to just be random. Then, the installer Danny Shattuck, helped me realize that where the grout lines were, where they started, how things lined up with the window, and how the grout lines and different grout colors from two different tiles might mesh together. Danny was timely, friendly, creative, and a very hard worker. And he can do almost anything. I ended up using him for other repairs around the house after the remodel project, and I'm sure I will use him again (and I've referred him to neighbors; Danny Shattuck, Handy Dan Services, 346-368-3681). I love my new porcelain wood flooring, that goes right into the shower. It's the most luxurious shower I've ever owned or been in, and I love it. I look forward to remodeling my guest bathroom next year with them. I attached a few pics, keep in mind that these taken with my cell phone and with natural light, not the new LED, on the room shot."
