It was a very seamless job, and done very clean and neat, with good information all along the way about what I needed to do to take good care of it too. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Calvin and his wife Sarah have been amazing. Their customer service skills are going to be hard to beat. Calvin was very honest and upfront about the work that needed to be done. He did not try to sneak in extra work to up the cost after he started and got out whole hvac system replaced in 1 day! Even before he started work, they followed up after doing the initial estimate. Unfortunately I had a death in the family and had to push the work out almost a whole month later than planned and both Calvin and Sarah were amazing. They were very understanding and even sent a thinking of you message out the blue to let me know there were thinking of my family during the process.
