"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"They came to the house 30 minutes after calling about a broken air-conditioner. This was about 7:00 in the evening. He was able to find the problem and repair it in approximately an hour. "It went exceptionally well! Marc was able accommodate us within an hour of our call to him.  He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He was very thorough in his diagnosis of the problem, and  ordered the necessary parts immediately. Once the parts came in the next morning, he phoned to check our availability and was able to  come back and install the parts that very morning. Upon completion, prior to leaving, he ran a test of the system to assure that it was working properly.  Marc was even conscientious enough to clean up the area before he left.  His price on parts and labor were fair within industry standards. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"I needed some repair work on the flat roof of my Florida room along with rotton wood replaced on the eaves.  I contacted 2 companies listed on Angie's list for estimates. One company did not show up, the second came when when promised, but never got back to me with an estimate.  I finally called them about 2 weeks later and was given a price that I thought high for the job.  I then called AAA Construction and was put in touch with the owner, Dustin Anderson. I explained what I needed and he promised to have someone at my house within the next 2 days.  His foreman, John Walters came the next day, looked over the work and got back to me with a quote within 24 hours.  His price was about 20% lower than the other quote and he promised he could do the job in under 3 days and would be able to start within 3 days of my acceptance of the contract.  I accepted the contract, he did not ask for any upfront money and he was at my house as promised and the job was done to my complete satisfaction in only 2 days.  They even saw a spot on my garage roof that needed patching and did that for me at no extra cost.  My property was always kept in a neat and orderly fashion, no materials were left around, and all debris was gone so fast, i never saw it.
All in all, they made a problem go away with a minimum of fuss and outstanding professionalism.

"the service went very well. I was disappointed that he didn't move the dryer out and cleaned where the vent entered the dryer. I guess not too many vendors do that anymore. The cleaning from the outside did make the clothes dry faster.

"Called Mr. Yanes due to above normal humidity in the house when running the A/C.  Originally thought moisture exiting from vents was due water collecting in the air handler pan.  Mr. Yanes confirmed that the pan was draining properly and it was clean.
This gentleman (and he truly is) was always prompt since he came to the house on more than one occasion and worked diligently to identify and resolve air leaks that were pulling hot humid air through crevices in the metal ductwork and vent gaps, and into the house.
 Very satisfied with his work.

The Morning of the quote Mr. John Page called before hand to let me know he was on his way to the house to present a quote for a new hvac unit and ductwork, For starters he was On time and that is a good sign.
