He was very thorough in his diagnosis of the problem, and  ordered the necessary parts immediately. Once the parts came in the next morning, he phoned to check our availability and was able to  come back and install the parts that very morning. Upon completion, prior to leaving, he ran a test of the system to assure that it was working properly.  Marc was even conscientious enough to clean up the area before he left.  His price on parts and labor were fair within industry standards. "Scheduling was difficult. After several phone calls with no reply, I was able to schedule for 2/23 between 2-4. At 4 I called when no one showed or called. I received a call back and was told that the job previous to mine was delayed. I was given a reschedule date of 2/25 at noon and was told the service would be free and I would receive a refund.

The men arrived on schedule and installed the lights in less than an hour.

The installation and explanation were clear and I am looking forward to having the lights working.

I do not know how or when or if I am going to receive the refund.

There are other things I would like done, but until I have a final answer I will hold off on getting estimates.

I believe AAA does mostly bigger jobs than I need and are more than a handyman service, which is all I really need. But I would use them again.

"They were professional, courteous, and friendly. Arrived when they said they would, explained exactly what was wrong, and kept me informed throughout. Tried replacing an inexpensive part first, at no extra cost, to see whether that would fix the problem. Only when that failed did they do the more expensive repair. They could have told me from the start that the expensive repair was needed, and I would have had no way of knowing differently. This makes me feel that I can trust them to do only required repairs, and not pad the job with unnecessary work. Update: I have since tried using them for refrigerator repair which they say they do. One time they came and said they needed to come back but didn't, another time said they would come but after repeated calls, didn't. I don't know what happened since I used them last."
