He came to my home shortly thereafter, checked the unit, took pictures and showed me what needed to be replaced and also provided different options to fix the issue and keep the cost reasonable. I agreed to his recommendations and he took pictures of what was replaced. The service was fantastic, and it was explained to me where I could totally understand what was done. A few other techs from competing company's mis diagnosed the issue or just wanted to have me purchase an entire new system. Christian went over the options I had and did not try to pressure me into something that would be more of a financial gain for Trinity but what would fit my budget at the time. It's hard to come by someone you can really rely on and not feel like you're just trying to get upsold on an installation. I would highly recommend Trinity Mechanical Solutions for your HVAC needs."

"ZERO STARS!! Had a "plumber" from Call Dad to fix a blocked toilet. Had to call someone from Columbia since apparently, they don't have plumbers in Charlotte (WTH?) even though they claim to have local plumbers. Guy charged me over $400 and told me they had to call another company to actually fix the problem. This company was also out of Columbia and didn't serve Charlotte. Plumber said he couldn't do anything and I had to call another plumber but did not offer any refund. Called another plumber and he fixed for a little over $100. Call Dad lost another customer!
