Corey W (H) was the tech that came out to the house and troubleshooted/resolved the problem (leaking refrigerant). He also advised on probability of future repairs. Sadly, the unit performed well for only a short time before failing. It was time to consider my options. Repairs were becoming more frequent and costly. Tyler (H System Designer) visited and walked around my house inspecting my current HVAC system. We discussed repairing or replacing my ailing AC unit. "The whole house could hear the vibration when our two year old Tran xv20i heat pump was at 67% work load. It seems the issue started from day one it was installed. Tried to reach out the installer but they went under. In June, I called McCrea. Mark Dzbynski came over, carefully checked everything and then concluded that refrigerant was not charged to the correct capacity. He explained that our system line is longer than usually and additional refrigerant is needed to compensate the length. He carefully calculated and addded the correct amount based on the temperate & length. From June and Oct, the vigration never came back. No one can tell when the system is on because it works so quietly. I really appraicate the work done by Mark and his work ethinics. Very pleased!"

Woke up to no heat one morning and had a technician at the house within a few hours. He quickly analyzed the problem and provided options for repair versus replacement. "Woke up this morning to my hvac leaking and contacted Markool. I have never used them before and was in a pinch. They fit me right in this morning and were out at my house within 2 hours. The tech stepped in the door and placed covers for his shoes so he did not track in any dirt which was impressive! The tech was very professional and super friendly.
