"Everyone from Presidential has been friendly and helpful -- great customer service! Glenn came to our home to discuss options to replace our furnace (fuel oil) and AC systems with a heat pump. He immediately understood that we were looking for a heat pump eligible for the new tax credits (unlike another company, who only provided estimates on what they had in stock). He prepared the estimates for 3 different models on site, and he noted that the heat pump eligible for the tax credit would cost about the same as an older model (unlike what the first company told us). We were able to schedule installation quickly, and then the adventures began. Harvey and Andre were here for 12+ hours...because a wire was either never connected at the factory or came loose during shipping. We also had to replace a defective line from our house to the unit. While it was a complicated install (not the fault of Presidential), we rec'd great service from hardworking staff members. Highly recommend!"

I am also impressed by the skill and meticulous care that the installers took while replacing my entire heating and cooling system. Within a day, they took out my old system, installed the new system up to factory specs, tested and made sure all phases of heating and cooling were functioning as they should, and cleaned up, taking away all of the old unit, leaving nothing behind. The last thing the head installer told me was that a quality control team would be in touch and be coming in within the next two weeks to make sure everything was continuing to operate as it should. "Called another company I was familiar with but had to pursue them for 5 days! No heat and told it was best to replace the entire unit by 3rd day and they'd order the parts (3 men, 4 hours, & $3k was what I was told). Finally, decided it was too much suffering and temps were dropping. Called Relax Air and he came within the hour, did a thorough analysis. Very professional. The final outcome was one of 3 parts were broken. Also a parts dealer, returned with the parts and tried each one. It was the module, fixed in one day, and for under $1k. He also checked/fixed the humidifier (which said initial company said they did upon initial repair visit and 2 yrs ago for regular maintenance) and adjusted the heating so the house is now perfectly balanced. After 4 years living here, finally no more cold spots!"
