"After our kids repeatedly locked us out of the bathroom by shutting the door with a broken lock, I finally called Alan. He had rekeyed our house a few years ago and I remember him doing a great job, being punctual, quick, and no-nonsense. Alan was available to fix my interior door lock, offered a reasonable and lower rate than other locksmith quotes to show up to do the job (even though it was a small job, most had higher flat rates for service calls,) showed up 10 minutes early, and fixed the lock in 10 minutes. Wonderful.

"It went fine. They removed double sliding patio doors, replaced all wheels on doors and installed new track on bottom. Old track was so bent we could barely move the doors. They now glide easily. At first they were noiseless, but a couple of weeks later they got a little noisy, although they still glide smoothly. This may have been due to pressure put on the door when we later had a safety laminate put on the glass. I wish I'd done it years ago, as the struggle to open & close them was really annoying.
We initially planned to replace the doors, but they're 60 years old, no one makes them any more and it would have cost many thousands of dollars to replace. We're quite happy.

Installing replacement windows in an 80 year old house is not an easy job. Chris provided a suggestion for a manufacturer which proved great. "Garage door spring replaced August of last year. Called this morning (Jan. 2018) and woman denied having any record of my prior sale/repair/purchase, said "they do not work for private individuals." Phone connection was incredibly poor, she called back. Service before seemed fine. I suspect the same spring broke, but there's no way I will call this company again for service "they only work for companies" and she kept asking over and over and over again the same questions - my name, address....saying they had no record. (Fine - happy to move on....no need for rude service providers.)"

"Very fast and good company to hire!
After my garage didn't work, I called Socal Garage door and I spoke to Oren. Oren was very nice to me and asked me to text him few pictures in order to see if he can detect the problem via the pictures. After I texted him the pictures, He called me and said that he see the problem and he asked me when will it be a good time to pass by and fix it. Oren sent his worker that came on the time frame that he said and he brought the parts that he needed for the work. He worked for like an hour and he fixed my garage. The price was very fair as well and they charged it via the phone. Definitely recommended company to work with.

"Let me start by saying, you will never find a more professional and cooperative individual in any industry. Edgar is one of a kind. Everything that was important to me, became a priority for Edgar. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed and he willfully addressed and corrected them.
Their workmanship was impeccable and the floors are spectacular. My project was unique in nature and required a number of modifications that only someone crazy like me could come up with. Through it all, I am sure Edgar was asking himself, what is this guy thinking. In the end he accommodate each of my request and the end result went far above even my expectation.

"Our recent home remodel was pretty extensive. I knew I wanted to change some things, improve some things, and fix some problems with our house, but I didn't have any idea how to get there. From my initial meetings with Tony, I could tell that he was comfortable with the scope of the project, and that I would be able to work with him through all the challenges that I figured would come with a project of this size. Now that we've finished our project, I can say I'm glad we went with OM Construction. The price was fair, the guys were onsite 6 days a week from start to finish, and the quality of work was very good. During the project, Tony always had a positive attitude, and worked to help us solve a lot of problems with our old house ranging from framing, insulation, electrical, plumbing, doors, and windows. His guys did a good amount of finish work too, including stucco repair, laminate flooring installation, molding installation, drywall/skim coating, and interior and exterior painting. Marcos, Carlos, Josue and Elias were all very respectful while in our house and took extra effort to clean up well at the end of every day. Overall I think the project turned out great, and I'll definitely call Tony the next time I have a project I can't handle on my own."

"This was not the first time I worked with Tony and his crew. I had major restoration work done about 5 years ago for over $100,000. I thought I was finished for at least 10 years since everything seemed to have been either upgraded or repaired. Was I wrong! A window started to leak. Not a small leak, it was as if there was no window at all. My first instinct was to get through the rainy season by sealing the window. Then each window in succession started to show small leaks. I called Nexxus Remodeling and spoke to Tony. He came over assessed the situation, gave me advice, and I was not thrilled at all. The cost was shocking. I only wanted to replace the living room windows since I have 24 windows, 2 of which are picture windows. He went along with what I wanted which was to leave the stained glass windows in the kitchen alone and do them later. He started the process, I changed my mind, added more windows, and eventually had all of them replaced. It was a long process since this started in January during the rain plus I changed my mind which stopped work until the rest of the windows came in. I cannot repeat all the details about the process of window replacement but it is a process that has a timeline that cannot be rushed if done correctly and I could not be happier. They even had to re build an entire wall due to major termite, dry rot, and every kind of rot one could think of. Francisco guided the process with a talented group of guys. I have plantation shutters on the majority of the windows which are only 5 years old. They were preserved and able to be attached again. I also added a few other items to be done around the house which were accomplished. Tony was available at all times during the entire job. I had no doubt about the quality but every once in awhile I would need reassurance everything I wanted was going to being done. Tony was available. It is rare to have someone so committed to the process and outcome. Bottom line, Nexxus Remodeling comes through with attention to detail and consideration of the homeowner. There may be times you want to scream and do, but Tony and his team will always keep the homeowner in mind and do their very best."
