"I own a small house I decided to rehab and sell. One of the largest issues I’ve discovered was mold in my attic due to a leaky roof. The mold remediation contractor requested that all the insulation be removed prior to them treating the mold. I decided it’s a good chance to git rid of all of the old insulation and a lot of trash that got accumulated in the attic throughout the years. Out of 3 estimates I got, I picked Attic Insulation Labs for the job and was very pleased with the way they handled the work. Their crew was very professional, did a clean and thorough job and completed it with about 4 hours. When the time comes, I will use them for the insulation installation as well."

"We had no problem or issue with this company. They came and did exactly what they said and promised. The service was fast too. We were able to schedule them for the same week and the work was completed after 2 days of work. According to the technician that worked at our house, it was better to use the opportunity when the attic empty from the old insulation and to replace the ducts as well. For the price that we were able to got, we decided to do that too.
so overall, we are in the stage that we will use this company in the future and we will refer them to people that we know and might need the same kind of work to be done.

"Landmark Energy Upgrades really came to my rescue when we were looking for a team of professionals who know exactly what they are doing. We had another team go through with trying to install a PV solar system, but unfortunately even though they promised miracles they never delivered. But the guys at Landmark came in and did the job like pros and the rates they charged were unbelievable for the great service that we got!

"Everything from my first telephone call to the final handshake was perfect. Darrow Mirsky arrived at my house the morning after the evening when I called. He was at all times courteous, prompt, and very clear about all my options. My options were to replace the old condenser which had failed or to install an entirely new unit. I chose the latter based the 30+ age of the existing unit, getting a 10 year warranty, and better efficiency to mitigate the price difference. Darrow put no pressure on me at all in making my choice. Emilio, who did the actual installation, was also terrific. Both Darrow and Emilio answered all my questions patiently and clearly. Emilio worked diligently such that the entire job was finished within two days after I called. I very highly recommend Mirsky Heating and Air Conditioning. First rate."
