"I had an old water heater (was in the house when I moved in about 20 years ago) and it started to leak. After shutting off the water to the water heater, I did a little Angie's List research to find a company to do the replacement. The service person arrived on time on the day of the appointment and went to work. He disconnected the old heater and hauled it out.
