"Unbelievably professional, very prompt, respectful, fast and comfortable service. It felt like having a family member working on my system, thats how comfortable, and rest assured I was with the Tech. He explained everything to me and most importantly, the company didnt try to haggle or bankrupt me. I will truly forever "Call Dad" for my electrical work. 10/10 recommend."

"After a thorough review of our system by another company, I received an estimate from them to replace two bad capacitors and a contactor in our heat pump. The total was over $700, so I declined the repair service. I looked up the pricing on the parts and bought two of them for less than $50. I then called Mike's Heating and Cooling and spoke with Josh who gave me a price of $50 for the third part I needed and $85 to install all three. Less than 48 hours later, the technician DJ had them installed and our system is now working great. In the end I spent less than $200 for everything, which was significantly less expensive than going with the original Aire Serve bid. I am very happy with Mike's Heating and Cooling and plan to use them in the future."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Prompt response. Communication was great. Office staff very friendly & polite. Service Tech (Sonny) very helpful, friendly and took care of the issue to get us up and running. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend!"

"Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. In the end we received a very good paint job on a timely basis and at a competitive price. I have already recommended Mike's Painting to others in my neighborhood and would use him again for future painting needs.

"I first had another company come out and look at my heat pump, they told me that the entire system needed to be replaced and that it would cost me approximately $5,000.00. I decided to get some other estimates before getting the work done, Doug from Mills River Mechanical came out, on a Sunday no less, looked at it and had it up and running in about half an hour, and only charged me $125.00! :) He's a lifesaver, had no idea how I was going to come up with that $5,000. He was very polite and professional and a true honest man."

"Excellent, prompt service. Reasonable pricing will definitely call them first if I need help again."

"

The electrician came out, looked at the job, went and got the parts, came back and installed them.  He installed 2 out door outlets and added plugs to my outdoor heat pump units so I can run them off my generator in emergencies.  He was on time, did a very professional job, even tested them for me.  He looked at an electrical problem that I needed a

future call to fix.  It turned out it was a simple fix so he fixed it while he was here.  No need for a follow up call.  Be using their service for all my follow up electrical needs.
