"Mark and his team have been a pleasure to work with over the years. Chicago Water Pros has performed exceptional service on my current and previous homes. Mark is always responsive, knowledgeable and professional. They came in and installed a water softener system for my whole home and a water filtration system for the kitchen sink. Chicago Water Pros crew is very courteous and clean, they ask permission, explain the process and even wear little foot protectors when entering my home. They had the items installed in 1 day, the results were instantious, the tap water became enjoyable not just drinkable. And the water is much softer making the showers more pleasurable and easier to keep clean. We have marble in our master and the water in our area has many minerals that will stain the stone if not treated. I highly recommend CWP Mark and his team for all water filtration needs."

"Project: Replace a Water Treatment & Purification System High quality service with top notch product and at a fair, reasonable price! I highly recommend H2O Express!"

"Mark cam and installed water purification, he was very professional. I am happy with the service."

"I have an RO under the sink water purification system which I have had for over 15 years. The man who installed the system and serviced me all these years retired. Out of necessity I had to find another company. The system Is unique and I was Concerned if I could find another company who would have the equipment and knowhow To change the filters. Angel had what I needed. In addition the angel serviceman showed me that the manifold needed replacing. I scheduled this. I am concerned about the quality of the drinking water in our house and I am glad I can count on Angel to meet this need."

"Installing the water system is a little expensive. The new water does taste great. However, after installing the system, they did not test the water, they just assumed everything was fine. After about 6 months, I noticed I had new calcification. I was at Costco and brought this up to the representative who said he was sending a message and I would hear from them. A week went by and nothing. I then had to call and set up an appointment. It took 2 visits for them to figure out the issue and a third to repair it. Even after fixing the issue, no one tested the water to prove to me that the issue was fixed. So now I am just supposed to wait for the year review of the water system to find out if it is working. For the thousands of dollars I paid, I feel I deserve visual confirmation that the system is actually working.

"Robert was fantastic and went above and beyond for us and our son with eczema.  Robert tested and explained just what was truly in our water which I never knew for 35 years.  We've only had it installed for a week but I can already see a difference in the water quality 1,000% and especially while giving the kids a bath.  I would recommend Titan Waters to anyone that does not have pure water in their house.
