I wanted to find someone that had lasting power and were pros. I saw that Shavitz has been in business for 4 generations! I read the reviews and was impressed. I schedule a service call and the first person who came out here was Brandon. He really went through and check out all the units and the outside controller. He discovered the problem was with a controller board. Brandon checked with the manufacturer if the board was under warranty (it wasn't). The part wasn't ready available and had to be ordered and installed at a later date. Brandon did a very thorough job of making sure the rest of the system was fine. The job was completed by Kevin early the next week. Kevin was also very friendly and pleasant to talk to. I learn a lot about the system. He was able to get the units up and running very quickly and throughly check everything was in good working order. I'm very happy with the service and responsiveness with the company. They answered all of my questions and I felt very comfortable with them. I do plan to hire them again for all future maintenance of my AC and boiler."
