"Steve is absolutely excellent. I initially had him install new Harvey windows and a new front door and Bay window in my home. They came out great. During our initial conversations, I mentioned I was also looking for a new roof and new deck. He completed both of those jobs as well. I could not be happier with the results. He is always available, and responds to both emails and texts in timely manner. Almost unheard of in the contracting world. We called a few contractors to get estimates, John called us back in a timely manner while the others either didn't call back or waited a week or longer. We looked at that as to say US Home Improvement is serious about their business and about our time. John and his son both came to speak with us and give an estimate. We added a few extras to our plans, an extra outdoor light, new front door with more "presence" and we asked them to "do something with the ugly deck pillars" We didn't know what could be done but, they did. Our front door and deck look great. John was always available to take calls and answer questions. Again we are thrilled with the workmanship and any other aspect you could think of. Joe and his crew were capable, conscientious, and professional."
