"The process went smoothly from estimate to getting the insulation installed. Everything was done in a timely manner and the job extremely clean and professional. Overall very satisfied would recommend to everyone"

"I own a small house I decided to rehab and sell. One of the largest issues I’ve discovered was mold in my attic due to a leaky roof. The mold remediation contractor requested that all the insulation be removed prior to them treating the mold. I decided it’s a good chance to git rid of all of the old insulation and a lot of trash that got accumulated in the attic throughout the years. Out of 3 estimates I got, I picked Attic Insulation Labs for the job and was very pleased with the way they handled the work. Their crew was very professional, did a clean and thorough job and completed it with about 4 hours. When the time comes, I will use them for the insulation installation as well."

"It was clear and evident they have a lot of experience with home insulation. Very transparent with pricing and the installation process. High level of integrity and take the time to answer all questions. Just wasn't ready for insulation installation right now but when I am will use this company in a heartbeat."

"We noticed that some of the ducts are open and leaking air. We contacted several companies but at the end, we decided to hire this company. The price was right to us and they could do it the same week.
The work was completed the same day and they 2 workers that came over, were nice to us and didn't try to sell us anything else.
We appreciate the work and the fast service.

"Everything went as smoothly as can be imagined. Darrow was easy to work with when planning the job. He worked with my attention to details as I chose the AC and heating units that I wanted and, at my request, put every detail in writing. It was a big job - completely replacement of two systems on two floors including roof mounted AC and basement and attic furnaces. His crew were respectful, professional and always on time. The work proceeded exactly as it was described. Construction messes were cleaned up at the end of every workday. The work was finished on time. As in every big project, there was a "punch list" of details that needed to be attended to. Darrow came out immediately and took care of ALL the details big and small on the list. The new heating system worked perfectly and efficiently this winter. I'm looking forward to seeing the new AC system work this summer. I spoke to a number of companies and got a number of quotes for the work to be done. Darryl wasn't the least expensive - his quote fell in the middle range -- but he was responsive, adaptable and communicative. Very glad I chose his company for the work."

"We had an excellent “remodeling” experience with Zohar! Zohar came over to discuss our kitchen and bathrooms remodeling project - he listened, was courteous, gave us many options, gave us an estimate and time frame for the entire work. We found him to be slightly on the pricier side, but we would hire them again in a heartbeat! Absolutely worth each and every penny! Zohar showed up on a regular basis to make sure all was on track and was available any time we had a question/concern. He walks with you through the whole project and is in constant communication. He then gives you a 3D version photo, with the tiles you select so you can see what your kitchen and bathrooms will look like before even starting - super cool. Zohar would also approve any purchases to ensure everything would fit properly (vanity, mirror, toilet, shower fixtures). Was very comforting to have someone available to assure that all your purchases would work out. Zohar’s team was great–they know their stuff — he knows what he’s doing! All the guys were very polite, respectful of my privacy, and cleaned up every day. The work finished on time, and we were so pleased that the project cost exactly what Zohar quoted. We look forward to working with them again on our next project!"

"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. We are very satisfied with our solar system and I highly recommended Mega Power Electric Inc."

"They did great work. They came to check that everything was okay not that long ago. I would definitely work with them again. They were great. I like the fact that the guy really seemed to try to understand what we wanted, it was a little complicated of what we wanted and he seemed to be very intelligent about trying to design something that would work for what we wanted, and I believe he achieved it. We did got a couple of cheaper quotes but their design, experience and knowledge was really worth it for us. You could probably get somebody to just buy the parts and throw them in for cheaper price. There was a heat wave or something and they were up in the attic just really long hours putting the stuff in and stayed really late couple of nights to get it done on time so they are really, really good."

"After many roofing estimates that were incredibly high and came with either no financing or high interest financing, I stumbled upon Zen Builders. Simon was attentive, knowledgeable, and on top of his game. My roof was completed in three days, it's beautiful, and there were NO LEAKS when the rains came a few days later. The workers were professional, considerate, and the clean up was amazing. No trace of having construction in my yard. Because I was so happy with the work, I mentioned to Simon that I would love to have him come back and do a few more projects. I ended up with an even better financing option (both loans are well-within my budget) and a GORGEOUS new patio cover complete with a surprise ceiling fan in the middle! The patio is now white, and they painted the trim of my house to match. They also fixed my heating/AC ducts, insulated my attic, and for free, added plywood, so I can actually store items up there. I have never had an issue getting ahold of Simon or his sister, Kineret (Kerry). When there was an adjustment needed to the air ducts, the workers came out quickly (amid the COVID-19 quarantine) and simply fixed it! I couldn't ask for more! All work took less than a month to complete and I never felt pressured, ignored, or bamboozled. I have recommended Zen Builders to many of my friends. I hope they recover from the imposed quarantine to continue to provide excellent service."

"The first and foremost reason I selected Aeris Heating and Air Conditioning to do the complete overhaul of my house' heating and cooling system with relocation was their professionally written estimate. It was quite detailed and comprehensive, a far cry from those of other bidders. Secondly, because of Arian G. who to make the story short recommended the addition of new supply and return vents to improve ventilation. He insists on having the HERS test and city inspection even if it would cost me $600 more to insure that things were done up to standards. The reason for the 3-star review is the behavior of their work crew. They came down seemingly unprepared. They did not have long enough ladder to get them to the roof so I had to let them use mine. They used my crowbar without asking. I could not communicate very well with the foreman. At the end of the day, they did not clean up their litters of bottles, wrappers and masks around the house. Despite all these, will I still recommend them to others? Maybe, but only after warning them about their work crew."
