"Contacted G&G and they promised to send a technician between 2-4pm. The technician called me before arriving and diagnosed the problem (a broken coupler) in a few minutes. He checked with co-workers to see if they had the part (since he did not have it in his truck), met with one (instead of returning to the office and spending more time), quickly installed the part, and performed the annual maintenance. The garage door opens again and I was very satisfied with their work."

"Alan arrived on time and set right to work. The lock hadn't been worked in over 20 year so he had a bit of a struggle and it took more time than either of us expected. After 25 minutes, he had it open. Even though it took longer, he stood by his quote.

"Chris did a great job replacing the sliding glass door and window installation. A lot of attention was given to the details and workmanship. The Milgard product is superior for the price. We would highly recommend this company."

"My garage door was running horribly. Always getting stuck, cables falling off constantly. Levi with Golden State came out same day, flung his magic wand around and fixed my door. It has never ran so well, and never ran so quiet. He gave me a great price, and I'm sure to use him again, but I doubt I will need to after the repairs he made on my door."

"both doors fixed; one door broke a week later, but they came out and fixed again for no charge."

"Door spring was broken due to broom got stuck when door closed. Called and SoCal came out within a few hours and did repair. I was definitely impressed that service guy came out within a few hours and did repair.

"Garage door was not going up and suspected spring.  Called Neighborhood Garage and came out same day which was a huge plus.  The branch manager was the one that showed up and was most professional and genuine.  Gave me options and repaired with no hassles.  Great experience."

"Excellent! Called late Sunday afternoon to fix a door we put a hole in and he was here at 7:30 AM the next day to cut and install it. Cleaned up after as well. Would definitely recommend."
