Heading into the fall, we will be taking on clients for heating and furnace systems. "Having cooling issue with 2nd floor central air unit on one of the hottest days in recent memory . Called prestige early AM and they responded with service tech within the hour. He quickly diagnosed problem and made recommendations, one of which was to replace current equipment with new equipment. This sounded extreme but after he fully explained the situation we decided to follow thru on his recommendation. A sales rep from Prestige was on site in less than 2 hours and provided a proposal to replace current unit , which was accepted . The following day 5 workers showed up completed the removal of old unit replaced with new unit in less than a day. All 5 workers were polite and did their jobs efficiently. By 1 PM that day, 24 hours after accepting their proposal , the 2nd floor was being cooled by a brand new AC system on another very hot day."
