They arrived on time and were very professional during the home assessment process. We agreed to the proposal and set up a time for installation the following week. Throughout the whole process CRM was communicating with us on progress. There was a placement issue for one of our mini-splits and one of CRM’s Carpentry team members came out and opened a wall and patched/painted like they were never there. Super friendly team members and very knowledgeable on green energy and home heating efficiency.
