"Everything was great- they were helpful on the phone and scheduled me easily. I needed a simple dryer vent cleaning but when they started we found out that the vent had been disconnected inside the walls at two different points. There was years of lint being pumped into the walls (and exhaust from the dryer) causing a fire hazard. While they were here they reconnected the vent in both places (even cleanly opening the walls of the basement where they needed to) and cleared out the space in the walls where lint was hiding. Seriously did a great job and took the multiple curveballs my basement had for them and the price was super reasonable."
