"Bought the Big Deal HVAC & Heating inspection to have the system checked. Supreme Air reached out the next day to schedule and was able to fit us in the same week. Chris called 30 minutes prior to arrival and within the scheduled window. Without having to ask, used shoe booties. Chris inspected and checked both systems along with inside & outside equipment. Spotted several small issues along with identifying the AC having low R-22. Was provided a quote for the repairs and notified they could complete the same day. There was an immediate difference in the cooling. Cannot say thank you enough. Chris is awesome."

"After signing a contract on a Monday for a specific brand of heat pump they texted me Thursday morning, 24 hours prior to installation to announce they were changing the brand being installed. After a number of calls I had to agree to a substitute brand. Otherwise they told me it would be 4 weeks to get the original brand."

"They were very receptive to accommodating my short timeline (only 3 days before going on two week trip) and was able to schedule me for the following day with no hassle. Jason was very professional, he called to let me know he was on his way so I did not have to wonder if I should sit and wait or go about doing my chores."

"Mr. Bost did an excellent job for me for a reasonable price. I know he obtained the best deal for me on the furnace and the air conditioning unit. He answered all my questions. He was on the job when he said he would be; he was professional and courteous. The installation went smoothly, and I have had no problem with the furnace or air conditioner since they were installed in 2008."

"Did a good job installing a 1.5 ton heat pump in 2017. Decent price."

"I had a new Heat Pump installed The Air Handler failed inspection twice for not having a correct tag and wrong fuses."

"I called Carroll Mechanical for an estimate on a new high efficiency heat pump system. I met with a member of their team that clearly explained everything and helped to design a solution that worked for my family at a fair price. The install team arrived on time, they were very polished, and did a technically excellent job. The system is working really well and the whole family is comfortable! Couldn’t have asked for more - I’ll be using Carroll Mechanical as my go to HVAC contractor from here on out."

"I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They got in contact with me very promptly. And when the tech came to my house to diagnosed the problem, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I called Paramount after dealing with another company the day before. The other company charged me a service fee just to diagnose the issue, actually a hefty fee, and would have charged me again to replace a "faulty" part, and another service fee to replace the part. Paramount came and diagnosed the issue, and resolved it without needing to replace anything. I basically paid around 15% of what I expected to pay to have my issue fixed by the first company. These guys saved me hundreds of dollars. It was great to deal with these guys, and I will definitely call them again when I have HVAC issues in the future."
