They were on-time, and focused on what they offered (quality service at a reasonable price) without bad mouthing or making negative comments about the competition. When it came time for the installation, they were again on-time, thorough and professional. Finally, they were courteous and responsive when I needed their assistance to process a refund that was a result of an error on my part. Overall, a very positive experience!"

"Customer service at Conway is terrible. Their technicians are very good to great. Conway kept calling me to get my AC service done, but it had already been done several months ago. I asked them to cancel the AC service calls, which they said they did, but the phone calls for AC service kept coming. Finally, one man called last week and said they needed to do heating service. When the technician came today, I asked what he was here for. He said he was told that my AC was not working. Conway is driving me crazy. I need to find a new service provider This survey is also goofy.."

"We called JR HVAC Services to get a second opinion on our A/C unit not cooling. Brenton let me know when he was on the way to my house and also when he arrived. He was very respectful, which can be very rare nowadays, friendly, and knowledgeable. He looked at our A/C unit and found the problem and before he did anything, he went over what he found wrong with my husband and I and let us know how much it would cost before doing the work. Brenton was able to replace a part and get our unit cooling for less then $200 and the other company wanted to replace our unit and charge over $7000.00!!
