Bob does excellent work, he really knows his stuff and is a master craftsman in all kinds of home projects, especially carpentry. "Overhead Door sent out a representative within 2-3 days of contacting them for an estimate. The representative was knowledgeable, very friendly and also saved us money by suggesting that we keep our existing garage door hardware, track and remote, as they were still in good working condition. I went to the Overhead Door facility on Riverside St./Portland to see the doors available in their showroom. They required a deposit to order the doors. Approximately 6 weeks later, the installation took place. They removed the 2 doors, repaired the existing tracks (now the tracks work better and look much sleeker) installed the new doors, re-programmed our existing car remotes, and walked us through the work that he had completed. I strongly recommend this company.

"Dean of Durable Remodeling came to our house several weeks ago to give us an estimate on replacing all our windows. We had set up the appointment by phone and he was at our house promptly at the scheduled time.Dean spent lots of time with us explaining the replacement process and answered all of our questions courteously.We also were having insulation done through Mass Save and were interested in having our house sided. Because our home is over 100 years old we had lots of questions and concerns about the window replacement and siding processes. Dean gave us several references of area houses where his company had finished the same work. He quoted us an estimate for the new windows which had to meet certain specifications according to Mass Save. After Mass Save gave its approval we contacted Dean to schedule the window replacement after the insulation was completed. We set a date and time and Dean and his crew were at our house on the exact day and time. They were very efficient and knowledgeable and the window replacement process was completed in about 5 hours. They also did a great job of cleaning up. Dean called us later that day to make sure we were satisfied.The new windows look great and we are very pleased. We have also hired Durable Remodeling to do the vinyl siding on our house. In short, we are very happy with our decision to hire Durable Remodeling. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. We would highly recommend this company to other potential customers.

"Rodolfo did a tremendous job, he was very punctual and cleaned up every thing, after the work was done. He also fixed small holes in wall that we had before for free. At the last minute we decided to install hardwood floor in the have the walk in closet. He did not charge us for the extra labor to install the extra 35 feet of hardwood flooring for the closet."
